Your Personal Agent will ensure: You receive the correct specialist advice, giving you peace of mind and reassurance. We keep all clients regularly informed about changing housing legislation and our Tenancy Agreements are regularly updated to encompass current practices and procedures. You receive the highest levels of care and attention, ensuring your property is let quickly and that the tenancy runs as smoothly as possible. We continually strive to provide a quality service, working closely with private landlords and corporate investors alike. Once a potential tenant has been found for your property, they will undergo an extensive assessment procedure. Our referencing service has been designed to minimise risks and to ensure that the let goes smoothly. As well as financial references and fraud checks, we approach employers and, where applicable, any previous landlord. A professional inventory is recommended, which notes not only the contents of your property but also its condition at the start and end of the tenancy. During the course of the tenancy we conduct regular visits to ensure everything is in order and discuss with your tenant any issues that may have arisen. By keeping you informed, you will be better placed to make any decisions which need to be made. We will of course instruct repairs on your behalf where necessary using our comprehensive list of  contractors or, alternatively, you may prefer us to use a contractor already known to you. You will receive statements as you want to receive them, via email or post, and your rent is paid directly into your bank account.
