Your Personal Agent will:
  • Tell you exactly how much we can rent your property for.
  • Organise your safety certificates.
  • Arrange a FREE pre-let makeover consultation.
  • Write and publish the property particulars.
  • Plan and execute the marketing campaign.
  • Arrange and accompany all viewing appointments.
  • Provide you with regular feedback and marketing updates.
  • Be available from 8:00am to 8:00pm seven days a week.
  • Qualify, vet and credit check potential tenants.
  • Produce Agreements, Standing Order Mandates and facilitate the Tenancy.
  • Liaise with all property professionals on your behalf and keep you fully advised.
  • Help, assist and advise you on every step of the letting process.
