Arrange a FREE pre-sale makeover consultation.
Write and publish the property particulars.
Plan and execute the marketing campaign.
Arrange and accompany all viewing appointments.
Provide you with regular feedback and marketing updates.
Be available from 8:00am to 8:00pm seven days a week.
Qualify potential purchasers and their related sale (if they have one).
Liaise with all property professionals on your behalf and keep you fully advised.
Help, assist and advise you on every step of the sale.
